Please read and understand these Policies, Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Agreement”) carefully before submitting and using our website.By using the following website (the “Kendrasuniquebowtique.com”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the Policies, Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, do not “agree” or submit an order purchasing a product sold by Kendra’s Unique Bowtique.Kendra’s Unique Bowtique .com and other KUB trademarks, trade names, service marks and logos appearing on the website are proprietary trademarks of Kendra’s Unique Bowtique.
 
The use of any of our logo or images or any other content made available through the website except as expressly provided by this Agreement is strictly prohibited.The Kendra’s Unique Bowtique.com website is owned and operated by me, (Kendra Moreno). The content of the Kendra’s Unique Bowtique website is restricted under US Copyright Laws. Without written permission, none of the material on the Kendrasuniquebowtique.com website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, uploaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any manner.
 
Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns: I’m sorry but at this time Kendra’s Unique Bowtique cannot accept refunds, please purchase seriously. All sales are final, and non-refundable.
 
After receiving the item you will have 7 business days to message me or email me that you need an exchange or that you were not happy with the product. You will either get a new item or a store credit. You will have 6 months to use the store credit. I will do a return if you’re not happy with the item. I will request that the item I sent you be sent back to me. Once that item is sent back to me I will send you something else an exchange. If you request or want the credit, once I get the item back to me the same way I sent it to you. I will then give you a code for your credit.
 
Shipping: All of our shipping is done thru USPS. *We usually always ship first class. *Our items are always wrapped with gift wrapping and placed neatly in an envelope. If your items are bigger or have a lot of items I will ship them all in a box. I will always make sure your items have plenty of room and are not just thrown in the envelope or box.
 
Can you as a customer ask for your items faster? (See rush order section)
 
We will only ship to the address that is in PayPal. If you need it shipped to a different address. We ask if you will message us and tell us that you need your items shipped to a different address within 2 days of payments. We will not be responsible for packages that are shipped to the address that is in PayPal and you never messaged me to tell me that your address was different then in PayPal.
 
Once a package has been shipped and left my hands, I am no longer responsible for how the package is handled or delivered. I am also not responsible for how long the USPS takes to get your packages to you. But all packages when shipped with USPS first class takes around a week and a half to arrive. Please allow that the package is going thru USPS and will take longer then what is intended.
 
Once an order is placed I have a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks. It all really depends on how many orders I have. If you would like to know how long it will take to start or get your order out your welcome to message me on Facebook or email me. I will be more then delighted to let you know how backed up I am. (I might also have plenty of time).
 
I do not ship overseas or out of the United States. I only ship to the 50 states, Hawaii and Alaska included.
 
Rush Orders: Yes, we will do Rush orders for anyone who needs your items faster. There is a rush order fee of 10 Dollars to rush your order to the top of my list and get it out to you by your needed time.
 
Payments: We only take payments with PayPal.
 
How to pay with PayPal.
Once you have added everything that you want to your cart, just click check out. And it should take you step by step in getting you thru the check out and finish placing your order.
 
How to pay for items without a PayPal account.
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “PayNow” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Creditor Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.*Your order will not be started until your payment has cleared. * If you are having any kind of problems with making payments, please feel free to contact me.
